General  Information


Manuscript Format:

  The  abstract (ready for direct reproduction). Leave a 30  mm margin on the left, 1 25 mm margin 
 on the right, a 30 mm margin on top and  a 20 mm margin at the bottom. This corresponds to a typing 
 area of 247 x 155 mm.
 
   1.  The use of Times New Roman is  strongly recommended
   2·  Title  and text must be single spaced
   3·  Title : centered, 12 point Bold Capital Letters
   4·  Authors : centered, 12 point font, presenting author underlined
   5·  Affiliation and full address; centered 12 point font. Different  affiliations are specified with superscripts
        a, b, etc.
   6·  Main text : left and right justified, 12 point font
   7·  Figures : good quality, located within the text (please bear in  mind that the page size will be reduced 
        to 75%)
  

Book of Abstracts:

   A book containing the abstracts of all lectures and posters will be distributed free of charge to all active 
registered participants. All the abstracts submitted electronically will be available on the congress web site.

Instructions for Poster Presentations

    Posters  should be 1.20 m high and 0.90 m wide. Abstracts scheduled for presentation in  poster 
sessions will be numbered and listed in the final program.
   Three sessions  will be arranged for poster presentations. Authors are requested to be in front  of their 
poster during the official poster session.

Projection Equipment:

 The  conference room will be equipped with data show ( power point) and overhead projectors. Speakers are requested
 to hand in a copy of their presentations or slides to the slide center at least two hours before  the beginning of their session or, for
 the morning sessions, in the previous afternoon.
     

Language:

  The official language of the conference will be English. No simultaneous translation will be provided.
 

Exhibitions:

 There  will be a space at the congress site for technical, book and software exhibitions.  Coffee breaks and
 poster presentation will be held within the exhibition area.  Further information may be requested by
